減肥2個月後的成果……….

唔經唔覺喊減肥已經差不多2個月…….

由最初心入面有團火, 超有恒心, 一個星期去三次必x站……..emotion.

到發現佢地無料到, 只會不停sell你, 即係做左蠢人, 就keep住1個星期去兩次, 目的只為”燒”曬o的course……emotionemotion

到今日好日都唔會落下去…….. 連”燒”course既心都無埋……… emotionemotionemotion

磅數減左2-3磅後就停滯不前…..

開始灰心之際, 又俾我發現”人手通淋巴“真係幾有用….. 仲要俾我搵到個上門既……通左3次磅數已經減左成5磅…… 條粗腰同埋patpat仲要離奇瘦左成吋…… emotionemotion 雖然要keep住洗錢但為左挽回已經走曬樣既身材, 唯有頂硬上…… emotion

唔經唔覺搵個女仔通淋巴已經成個月…….. 係時候要做個小總結:

產後5個月:
磅數: 終於由坐完月既120, 跌到依家既103/104 emotion
腰圍: 由超級粗腰34, 節節下降至依家既26……emotionemotion
坐圍: 以為瘦唔返既巨籮37調低至婚後既35emotionemotionemotion

茶實……. 磅數同埋條腰都仍需努力……. 但礙於仲造緊彩虹牌俾靖天, 節食方面始終都唔可以太過份……. emotionemotionemotion 

不過呢……. 話又說回, 依家咁”肥肥地”, 好似著衫仲好睇左……. emotionemotionemotionemotion 証明女人係幾咁…….自欺欺人…….. emotionemotionemotion

靖天就要努力增肥,
媽咪就要努力減肥…….
我地兩母女, 齊齊加油啦!!! emotion
